The Quartetto Colori is one of the best European plucked quartets, each with two mandolins and guitars. On this CD they play a mainly Italian program, not without giving three more encores from the tango grandmaster Astor Piazzolla. The members of the Quartetto Colori have won numerous prizes in national and international competitions, are lecturers for their instrument and give international master classes.
